I fought for Charlie Kirk’s right to speak freely. He chose to abuse that freedom- he used that freedom to dismiss, invalidate, and antagonize people in this country who are already marginalized.

This is a classic case of “fuck around and find out.”

Charlie Kirk spent his life‘s work and all of his energy and time targeting out-groups while arguing for a world in which gun massacres would be easy to enact, plentiful, and inevitable, and he became famous and wealthy doing it, and we’re now not supposed to mention that because it’s not polite.

A judge just blocked Trump’s attempt to fire Fed Governor Lisa Cook, calling it likely unlawful. But this fight won’t stop here. Trump’s lawyers will push it to higher courts - and if SCOTUS lets him override precedent, no Fed governor will ever be independent again.
