How come nobody in the media is pointing out the irony of someone telling Epstein to let Trump “hang himself,” and then Trump went ahead and hanged Epstein and made it look like he hanged himself? That was weird how that turned out, is all.

I did hear a commercial recently where it was warranted: “if the California penal system sexually assaulted you, you deserve compensation.”

HALLOWEEN (1978) & the franchise it spawned could be a case study in how capitalists and consumers collude to ruin things in the culture. There was a sweet little low budge gem, not much story but a ton of suspense, a creepy nightmare padded to 90 mins & a tight, ambiguous yet satisfying ending.
