CUTS, CAPS & BLOCKGRANTS ARE NOT METHODS FOR STOPPING FRAUD AND WASTE! Entire programs and our most vulnerable citizens are harmed by cuts, caps, and block grants, as they are not measures to attack or prevent fraud. Fraud and waste cannot be reduced or prevented if it isn't first identified. Medicaid fraud is committed almost entirely by providers, no dollars go directly to individuals. There must be enhanced fraud detection, systems monitoring, reporting, methods to find fraud, investigations, prosecutions, increased safety measures, audits, policy changes, greater documentation and verification, etc, to actually cut fraud and waste. I'll believe the Republican's goal is to cut fraud and waste if and when they talk about actual measures to prevent fraud and give specific step by step details of what that would look like. The definition of equity is “the quality of being fair & impartial” Similar words, divisive doesn’t appear, in fact there aren’t negative words associated with equity.

No there won't be more funds for "people who really need it" because cuts drastically affect everyone in the programs that are cut!
Two people, one is helping the other get dressed out of bed. Fun Facts. Cutting $500 billion in the Medicaid budget is the equivaent of 45% of federal home and community based care spending.

Being a straight white abled-bodied male is more often a reason someone gets hired before others, regardless of a lack of skills or how poorly they can do a job. Trump is not concerned with the safety and protection of Americans. Just look at his cabinet picks who were not chosen based on merit, expertise and experience, and certainly not because they are the brightest and the best for the job!
