Putin will feel empowered to get all he wants and more from Trump and the USA. Good thing Ukraine will not allow themselves to be eaten by both Russia and the USA. Sell the rare earth minerals to EU and if Russia wins-no mineral rights to the USA. The "Art of Blocking the Con" is winner takes all.
