ok so I was uber bougie today. I happened by an art gallery today...and I bought a piece. I'm super happy with it. I like it because it says egypt to me, and it has an Ibis -which is the animal for the Egyptian God Thoth - patron god of writers and teachers - of which I am both. I like the colors

Thanks, friend, I'm moving to Cairo in a week! Been in Morocco since July 1st. Really recommend Rabat, not pricey, and blessedly it's not hot here (unlike other locations in Morocco!). Have a wonderful Saturday (picture of Thursday's ramble through Le' Jardin Biotanical)
