Super Mario Bros. Deluxe includes a calendar that goes all the way to the year 3000. Ironically, this reaches much further than typical modern computer and smartphone calendars. As such, even now Super Mario Bros. Deluxe remains a good option to keep track of far future dates.

after a near year-long project, yesterday we finally sold my dad’s house that we all grew up in. having emptied it out for months, i had a lot of chances for closure; my dad didn’t, and he’s feeling very off about it. it’s a lot!
