Just had a long DM exchange with someone who kept insisting there were no problems in 2016. I sent them this video. 18 votes diff hand count vs machine per 300 (6%) just this WI precinct and a election head telling everyone STFU and deal with it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=D128...
