State workers are already grappling with a hiring freeze and staff shortages. As we try to fill the void left by fed cuts, we’ll be asked to do more with less.

We won Juneteenth as a holiday for state workers when we ratified our 1st Partnership Agreement. In 2022, we fought for and passed a bill to make Juneteenth a state holiday in CO’s constitution.
