● Handled transactions with customers using a point of sale system
● Utilized my communication skills to upsell new products to customers
● Assisted new hire team members with on-boarding

It's just all about breaking down what you do into terms of like actions. Back then, they wanted you to tell a story on your resume. Now they like "what did you actually do at x company?". So break down your work life into actions and highlight which of those actions make you look the best.
