Stormy Seas - the newest rug, hot off the machine

The colors on this one are gorgeous! The teals look like the various shades of the sea as it glints in the sunlight when an afternoon storm starts gliding in.

For a reference in the 3rd pic - how much thread went into the rug.

After a small hiatus due to life events and running out of batting, I’m back at it!

Made this placemat last night, it’ll be part of a pair, and will be starting in on another rug in a bit.
Good to be back at my sewing machine.
