I will die on the hill that ABDL is way more common than anyone thinks. We all start life in diapers - even if only 1% of us make weird spicy brain connections during that developmental period, that's still tens of millions of people.
Sometimes, I think that everyone is in diapers and we're just the ones who are dysfunctional enough to have to make a big deal about it.
