I do have painkillers that work (in terms of turning down the pain, not turning it off) now though! So that's a big W in my books haha been able to at least look after my houseplants and fishtank without losing three days to pain in response

Oh that sounds awful x.x mines in my upper back/shoulders so crouching/bending sucks but at least I can walk and stand ok without it exacerbating things too much. I just wish I bought it up to my gp earlier tbh, I just ignored it for ages bc it "wasn't that bad" and now it's harder to manage x.x
