I didn't use a Zoroark on my New Moon team when I was over in Torren, but I did consider it. Next time I head that way, I can keep my eyes peeled for another Zoroarkite if you'd like.

Stat-wise, it’s mostly more speed and power; Mega Zoroark has the Trace ability.
But, I found, if a Zoroark Mega Evolves while disguised as another Pokémon that can Mega Evolve, that gets mimicked, too.

It's an interesting topic of study, honestly. We do have examples of man-made species in Porygon... and one could argue that the Fossil Pokémon from Galar are man-made due to how they're revived.
As for humans versus Pokémon... I doubt there's much genomic difference between us.
