$3200 later, my car is returned to me with a whole bunch of work done.

Weird ticking noise that's been happening on startup for weeks? Never happened at the dealership. Isn't happening now. Bet it's going to happen again tomorrow.

I'm making candied citrus slices for the nurses for vet nurse week next week. The oranges and lemons are done; the grapefruit slices are still drying.

Came out pretty okay! I've never candied anything before, so it was a journey. But I've tried a few and not died, so should be good!
