80s grad here. can confirm.
In honor of Larry Summers, I asked the female members of my college class (1987) to say if they had any experiences with sexual harassment by teachers/professors, back when this was tolerated as, I dunno, the cost of attending college, and OH MY GOD.

Yes! I still have fond memories of my 2-night cruise from Copenhagen to Oslo and back (including a day tour of Oslo) that @ricksteves.bsky.social suggested for my limited time in Scandi! Cheaper than 2 nights' hotel! (at least it was back in 1995 when I did it!)
The @ricksteves.bsky.social shoutout in tonight’s episode of #Pluribus 😆

I'm not usually a 'bible quote' person, but this one from Isaiah applies so much:
"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!"
Defending pedophiles is sickening. Protect girls. It’s such a dangerous world for them.

Is anyone else getting notifications for top-level posts from accounts that you don't follow? How are they pushing posts into my notifications?

I agree with all of this! :) After the first episode, I said to my husband, "what did we just watch?! I'm not gonna try to figure this out. It is what it is."
Watch Pluribus on Apple TV. From Vince Gilligan, starring Rhea Seehorn. No, I can’t tell you what it’s about. No, you shouldn’t try to find out. Just trust me. You trust me, right? Go in blind. (Also ignore the stupid ad campaign.)
The only bad part so far is they’ve only released two episodes.

We're hoping to test drive the MG S5 EV in the next week or so. @kiwiev.bsky.social I remember you posted your potato score for it on FB back in September, but I can't find any video review. Did you do one? Would love to see it! #AoNZ #ev Anyone get one of these? #kikorangi

of course "quietly" #nzpol
The Govt quietly announced a loosening of climate rules at 8pm last night:
- Decoupling the ETS from Paris
- Shifting ETS resets to every 2 years
- Delaying the public sector target by 25 years
- Removing CCC advice from *before* emission reductions plans:
