Panama owes me nothing. Amazing trip. If you ever go to Panama, one place you have to visit is Taboga Island. It’s about a 30 minute boat ride from Panama City and it is so beautiful.

The angled peri bottle is a MUST for postpartum recovery. You can get one on Amazon for like $5. The one they give you in the hospital might not have the angled head.
