Prepping first batch of green chili from this year’s crop. I got a bushel of Hatch extra hot and a batch of Hatch hot. This is the extra hot, and let me tell you, it’s fire. Gonna have to get some Pueblo hot to mix with it to even out the flavor. Also have some roasted garlic to the side.
