I second this with fucking Mayor Pete too. It's two years in the future. I can easily list off a slew of other options, for now, i will say that I have three pretty firm litmus tests:
1. Trans rights are human rights
2. All ongoing genocides must end
3. to quote someone, ICE must be abolished

When I taught HS physics, my students would try to troll me by asking off-topic physics questions. They were not ready for me to pivot directly into a whole class lecture about how atomic weapons work, and at one point, they started self-policing each other out of doing it.
people did start to ask things after that, in our class anyway, and he'd fully say when a question was also something that involved a different science, like why lightning made things catch fire or why heat makes chocolate liquid but cake batter solid
