HOTLINE AND REPORT WHAT YOU SEE
DOCUMENT
• RECORD OR TAKE PHOTOS OF WHAT YOU ARE SEEING
• MAKE NOTE OF THE TIME, DATE, AND THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE ENCOUNTER
