Kat’s indictment is no different than others who have just as much on the line. Those regular people just don’t have a social media machine they can monetize. Kat is already loaded, millionaire fiancé. affluent college & rich parents.
Kat cashing in on her privilege & fame is repulsive.
November 13, 2025 at 6:46 PM
The problem is Kat soliciting money based on her notoriety…aka “privilege”…towards an unregulated fund in defense of a charge that Kat shares with dozens similarly inducted. Is Kat going share those millions with others charged? Does her notoriety make her special?

A vigorous defense is fine. The problem is soliciting money based on her notoriety…aka “privilege”…towards an unregulated fund in defense of a charge that Kat shares with dozens similarly inducted. Is Kat going share those millions with others charged? Does her notoriety make her special?

Innocent til proven guilty is not a myth.

Good thing enough Senators to reach 3/5 finally got around to voting yes instead. Unfortunately, Senator Klobuchar, you were still voting no even to the most recent votes, thus denying Rep. Grijalva. Can’t have it both ways
November 13, 2025 at 3:41 PM
It’s up to the Government to prove you wrong. Why do you you need millions going to you & lawyers to defend what you you are confidently you are not guilty off?

Who is today’s Democrat Party leader?
November 12, 2025 at 10:14 AM
Still no proposals to change US Immigration?
November 12, 2025 at 4:13 AM
Too late. Mainstream Democrats will hunt down the Progressives and knee cap any efforts to shore up their positions.
November 12, 2025 at 4:11 AM
Nothing gained.
November 11, 2025 at 2:29 AM
It’s almost becoming a point where Progressives kick Democrats out of the Democrat Party.
November 11, 2025 at 2:26 AM
Wait, I thought we were blaming Republicans for this shutdown…and now you’re suggesting Democrats in January would be the ones doing the shutting down (again)?
November 11, 2025 at 2:21 AM
This is just the start of efforts by NY State Democrats to sabotage Mayor Mamdani.

Democratic New York Gov. Kathy Hochul pushed back on mayoral-elect Zohran Mamdani’s plan to make city busses free in the Big Apple.

The Senate will now have to vote at least 6 times before the body’s final vote to reopen the government.

Then House, then Trump.

There is still opportunity for Democrat Senators to vote “no” in these votes and keep the government closed.
November 11, 2025 at 12:29 AM
Ossoff voted yes on Friday and previous votes.
November 11, 2025 at 12:15 AM
Ossoff has been voting yes on previous Senate votes to reopen.
November 11, 2025 at 12:14 AM
Both Ossoff and Warnock have been voting ‘yes’ on the preceding Senate votes. The most recent yes vote was on Friday to open.

There are still more votes in the Senate. Democrat Senators can still vote no and keep things closed.
November 11, 2025 at 12:03 AM
Can’t have it both ways Adam. On one hand you have Democrats rally to have their Senators vote no in order to force ACA extensions, then get pissed that a few Democrats finally vote yes to reopen. The only ones that stopped funding and shutdown the government were those voting “no”.
November 10, 2025 at 11:12 PM
The House is majority rule. The Senate is operates on the 3/5th rule. Thats 60%. Of course you know that. Stop being coy. That threshold keeps the simple majority from steamrolling over the remaining 49%. Since we are in the minority, we want that filibuster margin against the GOP to continue.
November 10, 2025 at 11:02 PM
Thanks to Democrat votes when we had the House, Senate & WH…those subsidies were purposely legislated by Democrats with an expiration date. Every opportunity was there to make them permanent, but no: Democrats punted (again). Blaming it on the GOP won’t work when Democrat voting records exist.
Throwback to when Sens. Klobuchar and Smith voted for ACA subsidies to expire in 2025
Senators Klobuchar and Smith have now voted 14 times against passing a bill to fund the federal government and to keep it closed.

Yes, they do…so why did you Senator Klobachar vote for only temporary healthcare subsidies? We had the House, the Senate & the WH, but you punted. It’s all in your voting record.
