I'm not sure if this will help at all, but does your local library have an apple computer you can use and sign into your cloud device?
Depending on where you are, a library, internet cafe, or similar area might be worth the trip?

One example could be taking a character with a lot of reds and pinks and putting them in a very green scene and trying to make a nice complementary palette~

For the color palettes, I'm probably pretty flexible in my interpretation of it! Could be characters, props, shading, scene... mostly just encouraging colory theory study because I love it so much ^^
