Probably looking at $40b in capex, 18mos of spinup time, and reduced selection of models (no more project red or rose gold nonsense), but yes I think they could do similar gross margins at similar prices after all that, maybe even better if they vertically integrated it
Just to get you straight, you think apple could come over and start building iPhones tomorrow, profitably, at the current prices or reasonably close to that? Because hey I’m all for it, real jobs, building actual stuff, that people genuinely want. I just dont see it.

The bs Spectator story that launched all of the dutiful and unexamined “debunked” repetition by media outlets does not hold up to even cursory scrutiny. Once you start looking it actually reveals an insane network of criminality, as well as revealing how deeply Musk is working for and with China.
