I assume the pedigree of the assembled collaborators — and general disdain for Rise — outweighs any otherwise categorically objectionable aspects of the concept, in favor of a more broad appreciation of any narrative attempt to recontextualize that entry.

If I believed a two-paragraph, nothing-burger of an "idea" (written down solely to boost the value of a company before selling it) was worth more than hundreds of pages of narrative resulting from dozens of collaborators, I'm really not sure why I would ever reply to anyone's post about Star Wars.

The funniest part about this for me is that if "The Hunt for Ben Solo" was narratively being driven by Rey, and the movie had been made, it is I who would have been looking for kindling.
