The painful irony of all the people on the Right losing their minds and calling for blood is that they will never, not ever, in their invisible little lives, feel the fear, pain, hurt, suffering, or risk to their own existence that a trans, black, gay, woman, or marginalized person will ever feel.
My one and only long rant on the events that took place yesterday. It pains me that I even have to write something like this on the anniversary of 9-fucking-11. But...here we are.
Every time I watch people who are really good at competitive shooters play, I'm blown away by how quickly they are able to pick up something in the environment, at distance, that is another player. I know part of it is stream compression, but I never feel like I can pick up enemy players that fast.

Every holiday season I look at more Hue Lights to buy, because they have taken over my life and I fucking love them! Sure, it sucks when the wifi goes out. But when it works, it is the best lighting solution that exists. And I love how cozy the Hue lights make my apartment feel.

If you think the constant Christmas music is annoying, just remember: every YouTube video between now and the end of the year has to, by law, use license free Christmas stock music so as not to be muted or demonetized...and all of it...IS TERRIBLE!

Free Loadouts are one of the best parts of Arc Raiders. The whole point is that the game is a more laid back, casual experience. Risk/reward is still there. But it's not Tarkov levels of punishing. If Embark nerfed FLs or put us in the back of the queue, I'd likely quit. tinyurl.com/freeloadouts...

It's so wild that the Macy's Thanksgiving Balloon viewing area only stays open until 6pm these days. When I was a kid, I remember going to see the balloons inflate at 10pm or so. I even got to be interviewed on the news! Later, in College, I went around midnight and got some great B&W photos.

Wrestling between picking up a 512gb Steam Deck or a 512gb Odin 3. I kinda hate how huge the Steam Deck is and love how compact the Odin 3 is. But the Odin 3 will require a lot more tinkering, mostly because it’s an Android device. The Odin 3 is a bit cheaper, too. Hmm, any thoughts, interwebs?

I'd much rather shoot photos with my Fuji XT5 or my point and shoot Sony RX100V. I do, however, LOVE shooting videos on my phone. It's just super fast and super powerful.

Look. I shot only black and white film all through college and even for a few years after I graduated. That said, I have ZERO CLUE why anyone...ANYONE...would pay $8,000 for a B&W only digital camera. Leicas are great cameras. But this is beyond luxury, it's bordering on the absurd.
