If the average person had seen the photographic aftermath of the avg. gas explosion they'd be a lot more possessed to get someone qualified that's paid to make sure you don't end up inside out 10 miles away. There's no one surviving that. And in NYC where it's mostly apartments you'd need it more so

French Renaissance (2nd Empire) with that unusual return corner, it takes its cue from French Renaissance palaces & how they dealt with corners unlike Italian Renaissance Palaces which were much more regular. This plucked out corner detail without any of the columns is on modest shops in London too.

Funniest thing is actually being in the sector I know that not a single thing any party says about housing has ever been true. They're just varying shades of outrageous claims left unfulfilled. Only 3 who ever got close to their claims in all of British history were Wilson, Douglas-Home, & Baldwin.

That whole inner area of that fireplace is fake. It's make of 3 bits of kitchen worktop with deco bits from Temu (red). This isn't a joke btw. Not even remotely right for its application as the stick on deco bits are applied over joins in the material. And no one would have ever done that in history

For reference this is Dachau concentration camp. The parallels are there. The thing is Dachau had a lower concentration of people than what's happening in the U S now. How long before they just say; "Its too hard/costly to keep deporting people." And at that point they just start building 'showers.'
