You could be right, Tom - the Pochard over the last few winters were feeding in the shallows created by the new raised reservoir. Most of those shallows are now mudflats! Perhaps it warrants a study? We'll do a proper count this Friday.

Cheers Chris. I had another look today and found at least 4-5, including a female, along the dunes behind the beach at Son Bou.
