Still processing my grief, but I did wonder about what would happen to `effects`, `car`. Maybe @pdalgd.bsky.social or Duncan Murdoch have some ideas. These shouldn't be lost.

Brinton's _Graphic Methods for Presenting Facts_ was among the first English textbooks on this subject, and did much to popularize this topic.
He was also an early critic, pointing out how various charts were misleading.

With pkgdown, you have to install the package locally to make sure it gets all your recent changes; make sure you also knit your README.Rmd
