Maybe having an Air Traffic Control system that isn't obsolete,understaffed basically 3rd world level that frightens foreign Pilots/Aircrews and safe might help. How many DC accidents do you need to understand how unsafe US airspace is?

If the US was truly land of the Free and Home of the Brave, you'd think someone in the Press would call him out on behalf of he rest of the world. We're all tired of the weakness and having to suffer because of it

Canada and much of the world have removed US produce/products/food from the supply chain. We've moved on. Shoppers turn US goods upside down to warn others so they can be avoided. We're voting with our wallets.

Childrens Participation ribbons at our local swim meets are more tasteful, meaningful, and much nicer for all involved. Our poor Prime Minister had to play along so as to avoid tantrums or worse

I'm glad the US President got a FIFA participation trophy. Any parent of a learning challenged child would understand.....well maybe not they've real challenges

Sadly, the Hockey Night in Canada national broadcast now starts with a gambling section & too many ads Grew up watching/listening to the Montreal Habs now can't sit through a game. Thankfully, I've moved on to soccer, even as a retiree I can afford a season ticket and away games are commercial free.

No, the United States is not a member of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and has not ratified the Rome Statute. So according to the US New Rules of Engagement, your Sailors, Airmen can expect to be executed if captured or prone. My grandfather was POW so this enrages me

My grandfather was a POW of the Nazis . If I understand the current rules of engagement, any US Airman or Sailor who is prone, wounded etc can be summarily executed. Let's see how that works out

My grandfather was a Scottish POW of the Nazis held in Poland. I met, knew and loved him. If he was wounded or captured by current US forces, he would be summarily executed is my understanding. The US isn't a signatory of the ICC for a reason

My grandfather was a POW of the Nazis , granted protection by the Red Cross and yes was treated better than how he'd be treated by current America. There's a reason the US isn't participating with the International Criminal Court

Ask any Foreign Aircrew what it's like to rely on US ATC the NY & DC airspace. The antiquated systems and lack of professionalism prior to the shutdown was bad enough. Remember the last DC accident. Consider how bad it must've been when they weren't paid that he had to reduce flights. Borrowed time
