It's page 36 in the U.S. reporter, so she finally got something right!

Yeah, the citation exists, though I don't think actual volumes have been printed yet.

Of course, as MJS pointed out, it doesn't say anything like what she claims.

Found it using the free (and very helpful) @caseviewerapp.bsky.social.

The DSCC never spent a cent in any of these primaries. So is this one of those, "Well, everyone *knows* that the DS had its finger on the scale" claims, even though there's no direct evidence? www.nytimes.com/2025/11/24/u...

LOL this is a nasty burn from the plaintiffs' brief before SCOTUS in the TX redistricting case.

Last year, following several GOP resignations, there were also reports that even more Republicans could ditch the House early and potentially flip control to Dems. It didn't happen.

Maybe things are different now with Trump back in the WH, but skepticism is warranted. x.com/ChadPergram/...

Man. Talk about proving my point. "I'm gonna keep insulting your faith whether you like it or not." Get bent.

Props to Rep. Nydia Velazquez. This is exactly the right approach from a longtime member of Congress in their 70s. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/20/n...

This whole thing is just fucking psychotic. Straight up lunacy. What the fuck. Every page is like this.

This is funny. Gov. Greg Abbott delayed in scheduling the #TX18 special—which is taking place under the old lines—and almost certainly did so to keep a Dem seat vacant.

The court cites that still-ongoing special as proof that reverting to the old lines would not be disruptive. Oops!

Filing a motion to intervene in an *existing* lawsuit is *not* the same as filing a new lawsuit. @democracydocket.com's headline gets it right. This one from AP is misleading.

Pretty appalling attempt by Tim Kaine to deflect blame. In the end, what matters is how you vote, not some secret motivation that may be in your heart that we'll never get to know.

Dick Durbin on critics of Sunday night's shutdown deal, agreed to by eight Senate Dems:

"Some people need to understand how the Senate works."

Do those people include the 39 Dem Senate caucus members who voted against it? The House minority leader? The chair of the DNC?

Quite the stat from @pbump.com at @howtoreadthisch.art: During all the time that Trump has been president across both terms, the federal government has been shut *1 out of every 23 days*.

I've never met Nancy Pelosi, but I will always be stoked that, on election night 2014, she relied on our poll closing times map!

I cannot tell you how touched I am by this tribute from Martin Longman (@booman23.bsky.social), a contemporary who came up with me during the dawn age of the blogosphere. Last night was incredible, but this has truly made my day—my week! martinlongman.substack.com/p/im-never-d...
