And yes, I know the article says they held the line on some produce prices, but it does not say this was across the board and I doubt it was

This is not the best version of the bit. It gets better when the person behind the counter is Mel Blanc being driven insane by.... well... we'll probably get there before Christmas, however this episode does a good job establishing the characters and cast for anyone new to the show
