Great question! Men, were you ever told you were intimidating in tones that imply it’s a bad thing?
I wonder how many men have been told their whole lives that they intimidate women in a tone of voice that implies it’s a bad thing. 🤨

Settling in for Dept. Q on Netflix. And as much as I learned and enjoyed the novels’ setting in Copenhagen, I am very excited to see it in Edinburgh.

Me watching the Ethernaut

Ep. 3 begins: It’s interesting having a dystopian story about humans that doesn’t have anything attacking. They just have to figure it out and survive.

A lot of Americans don't know this, but the winner of the Canadian election will be required live in a small cottage located in the backyard of the palace where the viceroy to the King of England lives.

The cottage just recently got a new wifi router, which was very exciting for all Canadians.

It’s #ElectionDay here in Canada. The sun is out, the wind is cool, and my garden beds are almost ready to assemble.

American friends, what questions do you have about Canadian elections and politics?

Last night I dreamt my childhood dog, Benji, was still alive and got pregnant. When I asked about him being fixed, the vet said that it can reverse in a dog so old (41 years). Only now do I realize it’s not the age so much as Benji was a male.

Thanks to an unexpected trip across the pond for a family matter, I’ve taken the past 10 days to ramble around Germany and Netherlands with a big backpack like I’m 20. It wasn’t the European vacation I would have planned but it was the one I got and it has been wonderful.
