I just see the writing on the wall the formula isnt working anymore and hes making awful coaching decisions anymore. Why stick with someone who isnt changing get ahead of the game and not ruin mahomes career because of sticking with an old coach who has lost his touch?

Andy runs the offense it doesn't matter who the oc is its his scheme which isnt working anymore the only way to get real change in the shit offense we have seen the last 2 years is to go a different direction at head coach. Bring in someone with fresh ideas everyone reaches that point in time

Time for andy reid to go. His inability to change the scheme and horrible coaching decisions have been costing us this year and even last but the defense bailed us out last season. His scheme is washed its not working anymore but he refuses to change so the organization needs to time for him to go.
