I live in Evanston & am very proud of the work happening here - but the "playbook" Rachel described here comes from Latino/a/x people in the Chicago neighborhoods of Pilsen, Little Village, and Rogers Park. They should get the credit for the strategy and tech infrastructure that makes it work.

I am pretty sure Christ would disapprove of treating immigrants and high school kids this way.
