I still have Andrew Johnson as the leader in the clubhouse.

That "appointment" had to be approved by the Senate. Equal venom should be levied against the Senate for not fully derailing this nomination under its "advised and consent" authority. Stupidity is truly reining supreme.

Not trying to defend dude, but this has all the makings of GA GOP hit job running the standard playbook of racism and homophobia.

Huge LeBron fan...but I'm gonna need a bit more than a home and home with the worst team in the West and a home game with a crosstown rival before I draw any conclusions.

MTG should be concerned...reliably RUBY RED Paulding County turned light blue during this election. If Ossoff can retain just 60% of that margin in that county, he wins...quite easily.

If you look at the voting count %, 34% of the vote was counted vs 95% for the other...so the 200k vote difference is accounted for.

Cobb County is part of the metro five. She represents a sliver of South Cobb and parts of Austell (read: Cobb County). Also, I pay City of Atlanta taxes and can get to her district in 13 mins.

Not true. I'm sure our friends in parts of South Cobb, Austell, Powder Springs, and Douglasville would disagree. They truly have absolutely NO representation or chance to elect a representative of their choice. Plus she does represent all of Paulding County which is DEFINITELY greater ATL.

Serious question? Why should I donate to a campaign that due to redistricting has no reasonable chance of winning? That does not sound like an efficient use of resources.

Pretty much reminds me of the early 1990s. Higher potency weed strains (i.e. The Chronic) basically ended the crack epidemic. Funny when it impacts a "white" community that behaviors all of a sudden become "legal."

There is definitely something in the bill that favors Silicon Valley...another large constituency. That is why him and Schiff had to vote "Yes".

Enters the lane at 6:38...shoots the ball at 6:34...3 seconds??? 😂

One can only exclaim that "there are levels to this" when this man addresses his National Assembly and our clown addresses "anyone."

The spot price for crude oil can rise $5 overnight and the next morning the gas station will raise the price $0.15/gal. However, crude can tumble all the way down to $56/barrell...and the gas station STILL RAISES PRICES by 15 cents/gal this week. Clearly a racket not pegged to fundamentals!

So let me get this straight...the administration wants "Viewpoint Diversity in Admissions and Hiring" but also wants
"Discontinuation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion." Somehow it shouldn't take a Harvard Law grad to figure out the paradox (or just sloppiness) of the current administration.

Also don't forget the "threatening" of international students who typically pay "full freight." Universities can no longer count on these revenues to offset tuition fees.
April 13, 2025 at 5:37 PM
...but since you banned DEI, isn't it now illegal "correct" for race? How isn't race correction a form of Critical Race Theory that has also been banned?

We must demand serious answers from our very unserious governing officials.
