That's quite literally what many people are implying, that Pentious wasn't assaulted because there is no physical evidence. And you stated that he wasn't assaulted because there was no physical evidence in your reply to me, plain and simple.

I know that this scene wasn't intended to be a rape joke, but holy shit that is exactly how it comes off as. Using the club name as an excuse is actually insane, he never consented, he was dragged against his will, and it was played off as a joke. OBVIOUSLY we're gonna be upset.
