It provided a critical legal framework and enabled international cooperation, allowing US authorities to assist in uncovering widespread corruption involving Odebrecht and other multinational corporations.

However, the recent pausing or weakening of the FCPA under the Trump administration raises serious concerns, especially when the biggest offenders are often non-🇺🇸 companies. Only one company in the top 10 largest FCPA enforcement actions by monetary sanction is based in the 🇺🇸 (Goldman Sachs).

I may be biased but you are right 😀. There are great Peruvian restaurants in Florence too (one of the perks of having a large Peruvian diaspora over here) ✨
