This is blatant white supremacy. I remember (I'm old) when states still had laws against "different races" marrying. The lawmakers, all white men, said they didn't want brown grandbabies or great-grandbabies. They are children no matter the color. We are all human, no matter our color.

And I do. We have in common being human and wanting the best for our family and neighbors. The color of one's skin or a place of birth does not change this.

We have one Apostolic Lutheran Church in this area. I counseled a woman who was trying to leave the church & her husband after the church said she was at fault for her husband beating her. They demanded she apologize to him in front of the church for telling people about the abuse. It's awful.
