FFG just admitted 2 weeks ago that they were letting 80% of the Arkham Horror the card game go OOP at once. Supposedly they slowed production a lot due to tariffs.
1st edition and 2nd edition of the board game are similar, 3rd is unique and most 2nd edition people didn't like it. Other folks did.

the (dead) 3rd edition of the Arkham Horror board game, featuring modular maps. I've played once at a con, definitely interesting. I liked it enough to go buy it.
