You're thinking balcony solar. The difference is that balcony solar plugs into the house/apartment to help offset electricity usage.

The above kit is just a battery bank and solar panels.

1 kWh capacity so not much. I'd look at which electronics are critical to keep running in an outage. There should be a marking of the voltage and power. Determine the amount of time they'd be on then calc kWh.

Bonus is that you can recharge via solar but that tends to be pretty slow in practice.
