And yeah, Udvar Hazy is one-to-one better than Blucifer, but Udvar Hazy is completely separate from the passenger experience at Dulles, and you can't get to DEN without a good look at Blucifer's red eyes, and ... correct anatomy ... in all their murderous (literally) glory

I'd say that of almost anyone, but when you put the word "Andreesen" (or "Theil" or "Musk") into the mix, I lean towards no they really do think math nerds are the superior species

The motive is okay, but the fact that KBJ just punted it back to the lower courts to firm up the argument against 6-3 shenanigans means there was more clock to run out. There was other pain but we could've dealt MAGA a couple more body blows and a good uppercut before throwing in the towel

Well the “found a way to turn off” iiuc was “states can’t do it the federal government has to do it” without specifying how the federal government should do it. I am not a constitutional scholar so my summary should be fact checked before anyone goes repeating it

Yeah, well it's kind of wild that there are so many cases that it's so easy to get them mixed up. Even during the War on Terror it wasn't this insane. And I also keep forgetting that the Colorado case was unanimous, because sooooooo many have been 6-3

If Trump v Anderson had just acknowledged that a majority in both the House and Senate had ALSO found him guilty of insurrection, that might've done done the trick
