If the patients chief complaint is still present or worsen, then it may be time to change the Auvelity to something else preferably a second generation antipsychotic, but that’s if the patient doesn’t have dementia-related psychosis

I agree with spacing the Lyrica for a start. Have the pt monitor their BP,temp, and HR daily and play it by ear when the thyroid results come back.

The Wellbutrin can increase levels of dextromethorphan(Auvelity) which can cause dizziness and drowsiness, and Wellbutrin can increase the levels of Cymbalta, which puts the patient at risk for serotonin syndrome

Take as directed is very vague so the doc shouldn’t get bitchy if we ask for specific details, smh
