Complementarity isn’t just an ethical choice, but a strategic necessity.

Avoiding duplication. Sharing tools. Learning from each other.
These are not side efforts: they are *infrastructure* for resistance and resilience.

DigitalAction joined 127 organisations to sound the alarm about the EU Digital Omnibus proposals.

What is being presented as a "technical streamlining" of EU digital laws is, in reality, an attempt to covertly dismantle Europe's strongest protections.

We see with concern the push for the EU’s Digital Omnibus.

The EU has long served as a reference for digital rights frameworks worldwide. If these laws are weakened the ripple effects could reach far beyond Europe.

This should be a wake-up call for civil society everywhere.
🚨 Brussels, today 🚨Ursula! Stand up for Europe – not for Trump’s tech bros!

As the EU unveils its “Digital Omnibus” today, we're rolling out billboards calling on @vonderleyen.ec.europa.eu to stop bending to US and Big Tech pressure and enforce our digital laws #StandUpUrsula✊
