Good luck! Working out (and weightlifting in particular) isn't a panacea or anything, but I've found it's been good for both my mood and my overall energy levels. I hope you find a routine that works well for you.

I'd probably add in quad & hamstring stretches for your legs as well. After that, just kind of slowly stretch out anything that tends to get sore or that you know you worked harder than usual. For example, after push day, I do a lot of across-the-body stretches for my chest.

I have a few suggestions. First off, since this is post-activity, make sure it's static stretching - hold any stretch for 10-30 seconds (depending on how active you were).

For the actual stretches, here's an old cool-down routine I had for after a body-weight workout.
