Farmers should plant foods Americans want to eat. After all those Farm Aid concerts, they should be looking out for us for a change.

I hate to say it, but things will have to get very much worse before some of our fellow Americans will come to their senses.

Oh sure Republicans have about 10,000 pedophiles in their ranks but Dems had Anthony Wiener and Al Franken so both sides are the same.

Longview WA is a good example of that second point. We have seen only about a dozen ships all year at our big fancy log port and now those huge piles of logs are spoiling in the weather. Eventually we are going to have to admit this is a problem.

Both Schumer and Pelosi are seasoned professionals. Of course it is time for new people but that is a lot of institutional knowledge to catch up on. Finding good replacements will be hard. Newcomers have a disadvantage.

Cars should come with an alternative window opening scheme for emergency situations. A hand crank is an reliable and satisfying way to open a window. I'd be willing to pay extra for that.

Sorry I completely agree with you but we are battling imperfect humans and incomplete databases. If you don't fight for your life you will be victimized by the system. It isn't fair and it is very frustrating.
