@davidsroberts.bsky.social, Andrew and I are our way to #ASMS2025 @asms.org 🥳

See you there?

We heat up the ADC at the inlet of the mass spectrometer, separate the isoforms within the instrument and analyze each isoform in one run. This is one step away from the commonly used methods that probe only the bulk stability and gives direct insights into each specific drug-load species.

ADCs are heterogeneous drug products. They are antibodies linked with varying amounts of drugs. Their stabilities are often assessed at the bulk level, completely ignoring the fact that the individual drug linked species have different properties! That’s where vT-ESI-MS can help.

Some sections have been claimed already and I can only include a limited number of authors.

Deadline for the submission is July 1st, so we have to move fast.

Please feel free to share!

Great presentation on #FragPipe and its capabilities. Definitely learned a lot!
Thank you @nesvilab.bsky.social for virtually stopping by to give a talk during our #proteomics users group meeting here @stanford.edu and for answering all our questions 😊

I have a timsTOF HT right now that I am very happy with! The Ascend is on my desk, the timsTOF in the lab 😊
dina-sch.bsky.social
You’re probably right 😂
dina-sch.bsky.social
That one is nice too! I wonder if they will have any new sets at ASMS this year 👀
dina-sch.bsky.social
Wow, the set DID come with other options, I completely missed that. Just thought they had - for some weird reason - included multiples of the same label.
dina-sch.bsky.social
That’s a good point! I just checked and mine is the MultiOmics edition. It came with some replacement labels (total of 3 labels), need to check them when I am at home. Will update you when I get home and am able to check 😊
dina-sch.bsky.social
Is is an Ascend 😊 Never saw a Lumos set but I imagine they would be almost impossible to distinguish
dina-sch.bsky.social
Do you have this one? It‘s not really an issue but just wondering. Looks much better with the proper source build 😊
dina-sch.bsky.social
I was missing 2 parts at the top, or I thought I was - do you also have a little gap at the top between the gray and black panels? I had used the parts from the source to make that edge even at the top but that looked bad. “Fixed“ the source after taking the picture because it started to bother me 😅
