Attacks will hurt Russia's ability to operate a shadow fleet. Western companies can't insure tankers that sell oil above price cap. Non western insurers don't want secondary sanctions so Russia obscures ownership. Attacks will scare insurers and Russia needs insurance to operate in ports/canals.

I’m just an orthopedic surgeon, but even I know that there is no such thing as a cardiac and abdominal MRI performed as a screening study in a 79 year old. It’s just not done. His doctors were concerned about something.
