The time for decency is over when our adversaries don’t play by the same rules. They will walk over us roughshod every single time . We are too gullible.

I’m in the UK but honestly the world feels your pain. I was hoping to visit the US again soon ( 2015 was my last visit as vowed not to visit last time he was in the WH, then Covid disrupted things ) . Tuck it away safely for four years , hopefully you might want to fly it again 🇺🇸

Just followed you over here from Threads ! We all need to hedge our bets I feel . So far for me Threads is okay but we never know how long that will last !

I’m watching it now,up to Season 6. It’s great/terrible but I’m invested now so I must see it through. They’ve just had an episode with a Brit trying not to be too sick as they are terrified of what their bill will be !

The one place above everywhere else that people should feel safe. I know two people in the past few weeks who went to A and E for emergency treatment and came out with awful respiratory infections ( neither tested for Covid, neither thought to mask at the hospital as they thought COVID was over )

So many people are sick at the moment and are going to have miserable Christmases. Your sister in law is absolutely doing the right thing. Hoping everyone affected soon feels better, celebrations can always wait .
