A lot of our jumping and screaming about how democracy is on fire only gives the other side something to focus on OTHER THAN THE FIRE.
Current plan: Let it burn for a while till they notice the heat. Maybe the fire will convert some dumbasses into allies.

My friend in a leadership program in grad school sent me this diagram of the “Toxic Triangle.”
So I guess you could say we have a “textbook case” of destructive leadership on our hands.
We need to get better at addressing the problems at the base of that triangle. Way better.
