It really hit home for me once when a lady I passed a couple times asked if I always smile when I see people and when I said yes (and can’t help it), she told me to keep on cause you never know who needs it

Everybody is going through something, it seems, and some are closer to the edge than others. We really need to do better about building community and just being kind…even a smile helps. I hope they’re ok today and doin the work to be better
