A jean jacket and no gloves is probably more of a Colorado or Canadian thing as jean jackets aren't the trend around these parts in Utah. You're more likely to see no jacket or coat and even people in t-shirts and shorts in December. Usually, a sporty hoody or a parka will suffice for most folks.

I think it's Haujobb's album, Ninetynine that includes a track with all the samples so I guess the listener could rip them and make their own music.
